Our dearest Heavenly Father,
We bless and adore You, praising You for this beautiful day that You have made, that we can rejoice and be glad in. We give You all the glory, all the honour and all the praise in Jesus name. We thank You because of Your faithfulness, and who You are to us. We praise You because You are not One to respect persons. We thank You because we have been accepted by You in Christ Jesus. Thank You Lord God Almighty, for the grace which You give to us each day. Abba Father, we pray this day, that as You are not a respecter of persons, that we also be not one. We pray for the grace, not to look at the outward appearance of persons, but to look at all as You see them – with eyes of compassion, love and earnest care. Lord God, we thank You for Your love which is shed abroad in our hearts by Your Holy Spirit in us, and we pray, that this love spills over to our neighbours, that we may love them as ourselves. Blessed be Your holy and just name O Lord forevermore. Thank You Father God, we thank You our Lord Jesus, we thank You especially for setting such a great standard for us, and Your grace that is sufficient for us, Your strength being made perfect in witness. We thank You Holy Spirit of God, praying that we always heed to Your promptings O God, in Jesus mighty and exalted name we pray with thanksgiving. Amen.
