June 2 – My words, Your words, our life and our death

Dearest Heavenly Father,
The Most High God, Abba Father. We thank You for today, a beautiful day that You have made, that we can rejoice and be glad in, and do rejoice and are glad in. We thank You for with You we shine in the midst of darkness. Be glorified O Lord in our lives this day. Merciful God we pray this day, that in any way we may have sinned against You knowingly or unknowingly, in our words or thoughts or deeds, that You forgive us for all our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness in Jesus name. Father, we thank You for being a Father, and the best Father at that. We thank You for the power of life and death that is in what we speak and we pray for wisdom to speak and minister grace always in what we say. We pray that we always fix our eyes on Jesus and seek to please Him with the words we say. We pray also Father at this time, for those who do not know You and pray that You send forth labourers into Your harvest, for the harvest is ripe, but the labourers are few. We make ourselves available O Lord to work with You and walk with You, thanking You for Your Spirit which You are pouring out on all flesh at this time. Blessed be Your holy name King of glory. Thank You Father, thank You Son of God, thank You precious Holy Spirit for all these things, in Jesus mighty name we pray with thanksgiving. Amen.
