December 18 - In love

Our dearest Heavenly Father,
The Lord of our lives, our Saviour and King. Merciful Father and God of all compassion and love, Father of all spirits, we worship You this day, there is none like unto You, and none can compare with You in all the heavens and in all the earth. Blessed be Your holy name forevermore. You are worthy to be praised and adored, You deserve the glory and the honour, and we ascribe all glory due Your name this day. What is man that Thou art mindful of him, or the son of man that Thou visitest him. Thank You Lord God Almighty for the privilege of being called Yours, may we walk worthy of the calling wherein we have been called. Lord Jesus, we thank You for we live through You. We thank You for dying for our sins and for loving us. We thank You for sanctifying us and cleansing us with the washing of water by the word, that You might present us to Yourself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that we should be holy and without blemish. We thank You Lord for Your Spirit here with us. Holy Spirit of God, we thank You once again for Your presence, Your companionship, Your leadership, Your comfort, Your joy, Your love, Your peace, Your patience, Your kindness, Your goodness, Your faithfulness, Your gentleness and Your self-control, which is made manifest as Your fruit in us. Abba Father, help us Lord to be holy and without blame before You in love, according as You have chosen us in Christ before the foundation of the world. We pray that this will of Yours will be accomplished in our lives in Jesus name. We give You all the glory, all the honour, all dominion and all praise in Jesus name. Thank You Most High God, thank You King of kings and Lord of lords, thank You precious Holy Spirit of God. We thank You and ask all these things in Jesus mighty name with thanksgiving. Amen.
